Leading the comprehensive redesign of WestJet’s member account, loyalty and onboarding experience, enhancing user engagement across six product channels including WestJet RBC credit cards.

Pioneered the design and implementation of a streamlined UI for purchasing checked baggage, including creating a new button style that generated estimated revenue increase of $961K in the first 8 months of 2024.
